Profile guidelines/restrictions? We would like for you to list your wildest thoughts in your profile but there are a few limitations to this by law. You are not allowed to write anything which contravenes any law, including but not limited to
How do I edit my profile? From any page, click on "My Account" on the top navigation bar. This will bring you to your account section were you can select "Profile Information", here you can select all of your personal traits and edit any of your categories. After you are done with your changes simply click the "Update" button below to save your changes. Can I delete my profile? Yes. If you would like your account/profile can be removed by navigating to the "My Account" section and on the bottom of that page is an option to be completely removed from the site. How long will it take for my profile to be posted? All profiles are subject to our "Profile Guidelines" (see above). There are many new members joining all of the time; because of this high volume it may take up to 72 hours before your profile is listed to other members. You will only be notified by email if your profile is rejected or requires further modification. Can I view my profile as if I were another member? Yes, from any page click on "My Account" on the top navigation bar. Click on "View My Profile" and you'll see your Profile exactly as other members do. If you want to make changes to your profile simply click on "Profile Information" and make the necessary changes and then click "Update" to apply them. Profile under review? When submitting a profile for the first time, your profile has to be reviewed before it can be viewed by other members. Also, any subsequent changes that you make to your profile automatically have to be re-approved. Due to the high volume, this process can take up to 24hrs. Gold members receive priority approval over free members. Can I receive mail even if I'm not a paying member? Yes, all members can receive email. To send mail within the system you must become a "Gold Member". How many emails can I send and receive? If you're a free member you can't send email but you can receive them from Gold Members. Gold Members may send or receive 100 mails per day. A free member can show interest in another member, but must upgrade to send email. What is "Show Interest"? "Show Interest" is your way of flirting with another member. If you think you might have met a match for the profile you're viewing feel free to send them a "Show Interest" mail. This will let the member know you're interested in them and would like to know more about them. You can show interest in another member by clicking on the "Show Interest" button on the right navigation bar while viewing someone's profile or by clicking "Show Internet" on the search result page. Do you delete unread mail? Yes. Free members email is deleted after 30 days, Gold members can keep their email for as they want. Can I retrieve deleted mail? No, sorry. Once they've been deleted you are unable to get them back. Make sure to keep up with your mail so this doesn't happen. How do I edit my email settings? From any page click on "My Account" on the main navigation bar and then click on the "Email Settings" button. From here you can select from several choices on how to control your mail. When you're finished click "Save Settings" My email isn't working Here are the most common solutions to email issues: Clear your cache (for instructions, do a browser search for "clearcache"). Close all browser windows then re-enter site Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of your browser. What is the email security code? The mail security code is needs to be typed in before a message can be sent. The purpose of this is to prevent spam. The box is located near the bottom of the email page when you create a new message. Simply enter the code and send your message. I forgot my password! If you have lost or forgotten your password, simply click on the "Lost Password" link below the login box on the "Member Login" page. How do I change my password? After you have logged in select the "My Account" button from the navigation bar. Then select the "Account Information" button the sub navigation bar. Down towards the bottom you can change your password. What are the photo/video guidelines/restrictions? Picture must include a person. Body shots are acceptable. As our website contains adult content, pictures of children or including children are not acceptable and will be rejected and, or deleted. For both photos you may not upload images which contain:
How do I upload/delete a photo? From the "My Account" page select "Pictures and Galleries". Here you can upload pictures to your main gallery by clicking browse on the first picture box then select your picture. You can select multiple pictures for each box and when you're all finished click "Apply" at the bottom and all of them will be uploaded. You can also create galleries in this section and apply different pictures to each gallery in the same way you uploaded them in the main gallery. If you would like to remove a photo simply click the button labeled "Delete Photo" under the image you would like removed. How do I set my primary profile photo? In the "My Account" section under "Pictures and Galleries" simply find the photo you would like to make your primary profile photo and click the button underneath called "Make Primary". You can only use pictures in the main gallery to make your primary photo. Who do I contact about billing issues?
